Quite possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. Came in around noon on 2/15/13 and after telling one of the two girls working there my issue (my sim card needed to be updated) I was then completely ignored by them for over 10 minutes. I will never go to that store again even though they are very close to me. In fact, I'll probably cancel T Mobile after my contract runs out. Worst customer service EVER!!
