Great Customer Service 12/6/2010

I have been with Brockton Insurance for years now. They are the best. They are small, nothing fancy which I feel helps keep the rates down. They understand that insurance in Mass is expensive and do their best to ensure you are getting the best rate possible with the coverage you need. I was also buying a car from a dealer that was doing some not so kosher things to ensure a sale, Pat called me and informed me and directed me on what should be happening. A+ customer service! more

I have been a loyal customer of Brockton Insurance Agency for about 27 years. The staff at the agency are warm, friendly and go above and beyond each time I have had a question or an issue with my insurance. I started out with an auto policy when I was 17 and now insure both my cars, home, and small business with Brockton Insurance. BEWARE! 12/30/2009

I have been an auto insurance customer of Brockton Insurance for several years.. I kept them as my agent for no other reason than their low prices but recently found out that due to their error I have been uninsured for several months but still been charged. I have dealt strictly with Pat Sweeney, one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever encountered in customer service. Brockton Insurance made no apology for their error and no attempt to keep me as a customer. more

my opinion 6/20/2007

good bare bone ins. Don't expect a lot of frills, easy payment plans. Very helpful staff. If you don't mind doing your own running to the dmv for most things that can't wait a day or two. (I've found that by doing your own running you get things done quicker this i believe to be true at most agencies)If you really need them to do all the running they will. Their staff is what makes the difference between this and others. If you like an agency that goes above and beyond. This agency just might be the one for you more
