If you have any problems with this store, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I did and got results in less than two days with a phone call from the T-Mobile corporate office.\r

I bought a phone here and was told there was a 14-day return policy. NO mention was made of a restocking fee. When I couldn't get reception in my home, I returned the phone and was charged a $50 restocking fee. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Got a phone call from T-Mobile corporate office today offering me a full refund on the $50.
