We had a very good experience at the T-Mobile kiosk in Northtown. The person who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel much pressure to buy and walked away very satisfied. Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff Cons: Phones included in a new plan are not as high quality as other companies more
