If you are in the market for a T-Mobile phone, 2B Wireless is the best place in Arizona to get hooked up. They run great deals all of the time that are better than the deals you would get by going directly to T-Mobile. Their customer service is great as well! Pros: Selection and customer service. more

CUSTOMER SERVICE?? HATE EM AND LOVE EM 9/14/2008

I have been a t-mobile customer for 2 years now, before i signed up with t-mobile my friends and i went to this location for pricing & info, the reps were good about answering all my questions regarding phones, plans and features, but were way to pushy and in a hurry to get me to sign, so i didnt until a week later. now 2 years later ive decide to renew my contract, i must say i am VERY SATISFIED with my SALES REP. NATHAN COHN he has been EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me. i must add is also polite & friendly, UNLIKE the BLONDE GIRL who is very RUDE to you if you are not her customer. i highly recommend NATHAN COHN if your looking EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, i hope i've helped by writing this review. ~~A HAPPY T-MOBILE CUSTOMER~~ Pros: GOOD SERVICE FROM PRETTY PEOPLE. Cons: BAD SERVICE FROM PRETTY PEOPLE. more
