I’ve been a loyal patient of Dr. Berland for over 5 years. His caring staff has consistently provided me amazing service. The front reception desk does an excellent job of fitting me in to meet my demanding work schedule. I am especially thankful to Dr. Berland and Dr. Kong for taking me in last minute on unplanned emergency visits. Their patience and careful attention to detail is unparalleled and clearly reflected in the quality of their services. My experience with Dr. Berland and his staff has been nothing short of positive each and every time. The whole team is fantastic. Because I live 4 hours away, I hadn't been in 2 years and wanted to come in to make sure everything was looking good, but everyone still remembers me and treated me like family. I cannot thank Dr. Berland enough. Before my veneers, I HATED my smile. After looking at my before and after pictures on the website, I cant believe I waited so long to have them fixed. They are PERFECT. I have NEVER had anyone ask if they were veneers or where did I get my work done-- they assume they are mine! People just say, "your smile looks great after braces!" You will NOT get "denture/chicklet" teeth with Dr. Berland! That's why he's the best. You get to pick out EACH tooth individually so your smile is uniquely yours. I love him for what he's given me and am forever grateful. Thank you SO much! more

My first visit to the Berland Dental Arts office was with Dr. Kong. She took the time to answer my many questions and I didn't feel pressured into having any procedure I didn't want. Brittany did a great job cleaning my teeth even though I have sensitive teeth. I didn't feel rushed by either the hygienist or the dentist. Even more amazing--my appointment was on a Friday! I was given good directions to the downtown building where the office is located and had no problem finding it or the reserved parking for their office. more

I discussed my future treatment with the doctor and I have asked for an estimated cost for each stage of the process which you will provide to me via email at a later date. AS always, I received excellent care. I have been a patient for 25 years and that says alot. I appreciate how Dr. Berland lets me pay out my treatment. This helps me more then you know with my finances. more

I've been a patient of Dr. Lorin Berland since 1980 and have relied on his expert dental care for every tooth issue;cleanings, inlays, crowns, consulting for braces as an adult.My daughters have also been his patients since they were little girls and are now grown: same reliability for cleanings, fillings cosmetic procedure and braces for one of them. Arts Distict Dentistry is so convenient to my work ,so I usually schedule an appointment before a rehearsal at the Meyerson. He also has great compassion for physically challenged patients when I brought a neighbor and his Guide Dog for an appointment. There was no problem in having the dog at the foot of the chair during the appointment.Dr. B's the best ! more

As much as I dislike the dentist (having nothing to do with Berland Dental Arts Center), I have to say this is the most comfortable that I have ever been going to the dentist. The staff is prompt, understanding of my needs, and very efficient. I can actually come every 3 months without all of the anxiety that I used to suffer. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Berland Dental Arts Center. Well done! more

JUST MOVE TO DALLAS AND NEED A DENTIST..THAT IS FULL SERVICE DENTIST FROM CLEANING TO COSMETIC? VISIT DR. LORIN BERLAND IN DALLAS...HIS STAFF IS INCREDIBLE AND MAKES YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. DR. BERLAND IS A "REGULAR" GUY WHO HAPPENS TO BE A DENTIST, A VERY GOOD ONE WHO HAS BUILT A TEAM THAT RESEMBLES THE TEXAS RANGERS. I HAVE AVOIDED THE DENTIST FOR A BUNCH OF REASONS IN THE LAST 2-3 YEARS, BUT NOW, I LOOK FORWARD TO THE PROCESS, VISIT AND FINAL RESULT THAT DR. BERLAND OUTLINED AND SURELY WILL DELIVER. I have known Dr. Berland for many years now. I choose him for my dental needs because I trust him and value his work. He truly cares about his patient's needs and his work I have found is superior to any other dentist I have ever seen. He generally calls after my dental work has been done to check on me and to see if I am doing well. I don't know of any dentist or doctor who personally calls to see how a patient is doing after an appointment with the exception of Dr. Berland! Finally, he has become my friend after knowing him for years. I would definitely recommend him to any family member or friend. more
