A surprisingly well-stocked store, with alot of variety for a small town. And as with most small town places, if you're a "local", it's probably fine.
But if not, don't expect "Home Depot" -style service or even professionalism. Plenty of employees, but most seem to be busy with their own agendas (stocking shelves, pricing items, phone calls, employee "meetings", etc.), and "customer service" appears to be pretty far down the list. In fact, you mostly get the impression that the customers are there for the employees, instead of the other way around. It's the only place where I've ever been lectured by a store clerk to either put things back on the rack, or don't come back again! This on top of being deserted by the dept. clerk there, who seemed way more concerned with managing his paperwork... amazing way to run a business!
Place is so bad and chronically aggravating, that it's worth the trip to the local True Value, a bit farther north in next door Magalia. Much nicer folks there too!
