They have cheap appliances, floors and cabinets. Also very small kitchens. The heat and air kick on very loudly and you need to turn up the tv constantly because there is minimal insulation to keep the temperature steady. Their pet friendly attitude goes right out the window if your dog barks, but are understanding when people have fire hazards and are notified about them. No sense of priority. Overpriced for what you get. Poorly made buildings. Nice staff?
