Visit their website and you would think they have the best food around! The taste was good. Our service was reasonable. The ambiance, very very loud (like a loud bar). We could not hold a conversation. Their advertising and photographs make it look so good, but the reality is far different. If your eyes are tired, the tables will almost knock you unconscience with their visual noise. Loud red and white, like sirens seem to pulsate. The salad was paltry, the quality, more like Denny's, and the servings are fit for dieters. My husband ordered a flatiron steak, it was flat alright, and very small, and almost woody. My salmon tasted fine, but the photos made you think it would be a couple nice large juicy pieces, instead ... well, flat and small, and a shade dry. The pasta flavor was good, but you could save the trip and boil your own from a box. The tiffany-like lamps were a nice touch. The greeters were friendly, and we were seated promptly. Not a bad place, but we won't be back any time sooner, or later. Pros: Pretty lamps, wood decor Cons: Noisy, loud, visual noise, small portions, not much value for what you pay. more

Great place to have happy hour with one or two other people (otherwise seating gets complicated). Cheap apps and well poured drinks. All of the folks working the bar have been there a long time and are great! more

We used a gift card one time there, and then went back another time to finish up the balance on the gift card. The waitress said it had no balance. We called over a manager and told him we'd only used it once and there should be plenty of money left on there. We waited about 15 min while he called their corporate office regarding the gift card. He came back and said, "You apparently tipped the waiter last time the rest of your balance..." We laughed--how insulting. It was more than obvious to us and him that the waiter rewrote the tip line to cash in on the rest of the gift card. We gave the manager the description of our last waiter. Makes me reluctant to use credit cards now too. Beware! Needless to say, the manager comp'd our entire meal for the inconvenience. Pros: Food & drink Cons: Wait staff more

They need more Fridays in Seattle other than Lake Union and Kirkland as I think you get an exceptional meal for the price. Chicken, mushroom... more

Horrible food, horrible wait staff. This is a great place to see rude, stuck-up residents of Kirkland and Bellvue. Pros: too little to list more

This is my husband and my favorite restaurant. So many choices. Reasonable prices. Clean, friendly staff. Choice between booth seating and regular tables. Appetixzers, soups, salads, desserts, drinks, kids fare. I highly recommend this place! Pros: Seating, Choices, Taste more
