What a joke. This agency is TERRIBLE. They waste your time and NEVER find you work. BEWARE! Do these people even have a 5th grade education?

However, the last time I?d held an office job was in the era when the IBM Selectric typewriter and Rolodex was standard technology!\r Monroe/Temptime knew what to do! After a comprehensive interview with to determine my ?transferable skills,? Temptime is really awesome! First of all, they are conveniently located for commuters from the East Bay and they are really personable. I knew the names of everyone in the office, but Debra was a stand out, and seemed to be the life of the party. Other agencies will really yank your chain and treat you like just a number, not TempTime. They are a smaller company, they don't take on anyone/everyone and they really care about where you are in life. They really invest in building a good rapport with the surrounding business community. My office wasn't more than a 10 minute walk from TempTime and they dropped by around Christmas to give my firm a wonderful gift. I appreciate everything TempTime has done on my behalf and I'll recommend them in a heartbeat. more

Great agency! I worked in house for 9 months. Debra is very energetic and she has great empathy. She assigned me various challenging works and tried to let me experience a lot. And the other recruiters, Michelle, Beverly, and Tom are also very professional and kind. If I have a chance to come back, I would love to work with them. more

Great to work with! Debra and Michelle found a job that was just right for me! When the assignment ended they placed me at another job. Needed personnel for a trade show at the Moscone Center with 4 days notice. Debra assigned me 3 people who showed up on time all 3 days and did a fantastic job. I doubt I will ever bring staff with me to this show again but just have Debra provide any personnel I need. more

I have had Monroe Personnel help me in my home on personal short-term projects several times. On one occasion the agency sent me someone to help me format a manual I was working on. On other occasions two of their temps helped me with a massive and complicated filing project that I never would have gotten to if I had not delegated the work. They had a position open with a technology company needing someone to come and review their financial statements. I am impressed with their communication, friendliness, and effort in trying to get me employed. more

Best agency in San Francisco 7/12/2007

Monroe Personnel is the best temp agency I have worked with. After moving to San Francisco from Austin, TX I decided to try temping to learn about the area and the job market. Monroe Personnel was one of several agencies I signed up with. They have kept me so busy that I haven't been able to go on any assignments for any other agency. They were also the friendliest agency I have dealt with. Debra, Ana and Mindy definitely make you feel like they care and appreciate the work you do. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking to sign up with an agency in the area submit their resume to Monroe. Pros: Caring and friendly staff. more

Wonderful Temp Agency... 6/1/2007

I've been with the agency for about a year and a half, with a break in between, and my experience has been great. Debra e-mails me and likes to ask how I'm doing and has always let me know that if I'm not satisfied with my job or have any other issues, to please let her know. I've never felt like I couldn't talk to Debra about anything, and because of that, I'm appreciative and am in a good working environment. Debra found a job that fit my schedule, which is hard to do when you're a graduate student, and now I'm happy where I'm at. Temptime is an agency that cares about people, so if you're looking for employment from a reputable and caring agency, then this place is it! Pros: Friendly, Caring, Helpful, Efficient Cons: Not too many jobs in the South Bay (San Jose area) more
