Agreed. Worst company ever :( wish there was another option available. 10/24/2014

We have lived in our home for 4 years, always paid our bill on time. Forgot once (4 days late) and they charged me a $145 deposit on my next bill :( holy crap, what happened to a simple late fee! more

Worst customer service experience 8/13/2013

Very poor customer service. I don't know how a business can operate the way they treat their customers. Spoke with an account manager that said they were able to resolve a billing issue, but were unwilling to do so. Unbeatable service? That is false... Will not recommend to anyone and will not use their services again. more
