Our service tech, Dan, is terrific. He remembers stuff about our HVAC system that we don't. If you deal with TE Spall & Son ask for him. You will not be disappointed.

Eric appeared for the scheduled appointment and took his time to accurately inspect the geothermal system . Upon completion he reported what he found and gave a few tips to keep the system performing at its best. more

Maintenance call 5/7/2017

Josh did the routine maintenance on our air conditioner last week. He is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable with our unit. He answered all of our questions in a precise manner. Tammy helped set up our appointment and gave us a time and date that was convenient to us. Also, Josh was on time and did a great job, more

Service 12/1/2016

Everything was fine with my recent service. Dan m. was polite, on time & professional as always. Hopefully geo thermal heating & cooling will continue to grow in northeast pa. Water furnace makes a excellent product & so far I am really satisfied with my choice to pick TE SPALL & SONS & water furnace. Dave J. more
