I hired ""Tony"" Anatoliy Osadchuk who owns Tywall Systems to install an EFIS stucco system on my new house, as well as caulk all of the 22 windows. In spite of the payment terms which were arranged in the contract, Tony immediately started asking for early payments. He is passionate about making excuses for his delays, he will only work when he can get paid early. This is a real problem when you are trying to coordinate all the trades - he knows this and uses it against you to get paid early. His work is very poor, and he was nothing but trouble for all the other trades on the job site. He speaks English fine, but he claims to only speak Russian when it is convenient (when you are attempting to undersatnd why he didn't do what he promised to do). To top it off, he fraudulently signed a waiver that materials had been paid for, when in fact the materials supplier had NOT been paid - forcing me to pay them $7,500 out of my pocket to lift the materials lien they put on the title (not what you need to happen in the middle of a build - the bank was not pleased!!!). Bottom line, Tony is a lying crook, will promise you everything, will deliver nothing. Google his name and ""mug shot"" to see his arrest photo. Incidentally, all of my windows leaked - he did not do the flashing nor caulk them properly. And the EFIS had lots of defects - he will promise that all materials are installed and certified by STO and that he is certified blah blah blah. Just a liar - he is a hack and a snake. RUN AWAY FROM HIM!!!
