GREAT PLACE 1/9/2009

I don't know what that ONE person is talking about, but EVERY salon I've been to SAY the SAME thing - 5 min wait, etc. No matter what, if you walk in or even make an appointment, your'e bound to wait at LEAST 5 min esp if u're coming in the evening!! Pros: Great genuine staff, comparable prices (haven't increased for YEARS), excellent skills Cons: parking lot sometimes no space more

The people that work here are absolutely horrible. I heard them tell each customer that walked in the door-only 5 more mins. Customers were waiting and waiting and got up and left. The workers knew how busy they were and knew 5mins. was a lie. Then I tipped the lady who is the owner and I guess she wasn't happy with my tip. She painted my nails quickly and left splash marks on my fingers without taking it off!! I think they are rude, want you in and out, and don't care about how good your manicure/pedicure looks. Pros: Nothing Cons: Thumbs down-IGNORANT PEOPLE!!! more
