T&S looks like a dive from the outside. But inside, everything is fantastic, from the smiling service to the delicious salt-and-pepper dishes (the jalapenos add a wonderful flavor, even if you don't like hot food). The dim sum brunch is so good, with perhaps less variety than Tien Hong's, but such delicious food -- I especially love the tender curried squid and the sweet buns with coconut and the shrimp and pork dumplings and the...well, everything that I've tried, except for the sesame chicken from the dinner menu. The dinner menu is extensive, and everything always arrives steaming hot. The servers will pack your leftovers for you (we always order too much food so we'll have lots of them) and will give you an extra box of steamed rice if you like. Oh, and they deliver, too! I love this place!
