Never had anything but a good experience with these folks. Prompt to fill my propane tank, fast and reasonable with car repairs and always fill up my car for me with a smile. One would expect one of the last full-service gas stations to charge a fortune for this level of old-timey customer service, but their gas prices seem to usually be not much more than the nearest self-serve station. I LOVE that this business is still around and it is one of the landmarks that give Clayton the small town feeling that is still has. more

I purchased a home in 3/2008 and it had a propane tank with no name on it. October 2010 I had a note saying they are coming to get the tank. I called and asked for proof that it was theirs. I found it hard to believe that in 2 + years no one came to service the tank or refill it. I told them no I need to see some proof. 9 months later without any correspondance or calls a cop shows up and wants to take the tank. I told the sheriff our situation and he wouldn't let them have it. I called the owner and explained the situation again saying I needed proof and why didn't someone just ask if I want some gas or sign an agreement? He HUNG UP ON ME! Very classless people. Daughter is rude on the phone. Go anywhere else to get gas. They are horrible and lie on the phone. more
