This salon will never get another penny of my money! Nothing makes me more furious than an unprofessional ""businessperson"" who does not respect her customer's time. I have tried several times to give this salon a chance, but spending 3-5 hours in a salon is unacceptable for a shampoo/style. Not only does she double book but Tara is notorious for leaving her client's in the chair to do things like go run her personal errands. If you are a professional woman, run as far away from this place as you can!!! As a professional, I know that time is money and there are way too many salons in the Atlanta area that will respect my time for me to deal with a Diva stylist who thinks that her time is the only thing that matters. more

It makes me sad that I cannot give this salon more stars; I actually really like my hair when Tara does it. But sadly, T Oliver hair studios suffers from the same disease as so many other black salons...THEY ARE TOO SLOW! Yes, Tara double books but what's worse is that I have been in there before when Tara isn't even busy and she has me sitting while she walks around and tidies up the salon. Once she left to run an errand and I sat (after my hair was already washed and blow dried) for approximately 45 minutes, just waiting for her to style me! It is so infuriating to me when stylists don't respect our time because they would be pissed if we just showed up whenever we wanted to for an appointment that we have made. I love that Tara makes an effort to stay current with technology and hair care, etc but not respecting your client's time is so unbelievable unprofessional,and for me, nothing makes up for that. I am not one of these black women who is alright with spending 4-5 hours in a salon because I have been to salons where stylists accomplish the same results in 1.5 hours. Black stylists need to get it together and we need to let our feet do the talking by going where people respect our time. more

I walked into the salon (my first visit) expecting what I thought was a much needed touch-up! Tara took one look and said I did not need a perm, she explained very well how my hair was over processed and dry. hours later I walked out of there perm free with a deep conditioner,hydration, cut and cute as could be! \r The stylist and staff are very professional and polite.\r I will be a forever customer more

This place is so awesome, my hair stylist was Trish, but I got to know most of the staff there and the owner, and every time I visited the salon it was an amazing experience. I don?t live in Atlanta and I still go there when I'm in town. I always make sure I visit so my hair can look fabulous until the next visit. ?
