We did break down with major repairs 500 miles from home. They knew this and we rented a car to get back home for the 5-6 days they told to repair. Consistantly told different stories (yes the part is here...no the part will be in tomorrow) depending on who you talked to. Was told it would be ready and drove up there. Car actually ready 4 days later (found out after already there) Told it needed another part not available. I drove myself to the dealership and paid and got the part that day...When car was finally ready a) 1/2 again as much as quoted - and no notice b) were not given the old parts requested (may be under warranty) and when I checked the invoice (part numbers conveniently included) I called part store 1/2 a block away and got retail which they charged 2x retail for the parts they bought. Very very unprofessional to deal with and so much for consideration of the 5 days hotel and meals I had to pay when it was not ready
Pros: It was fixed right
Cons: took 2x as long and cost 1/2 again as much
