How often do you really find yourself walking into a hair salon on a Friday afternoon and finding it... empty? I suppose suspicion should have risen from this, but I was in a hurry and they took walk-in appointments, so I stuck it out. First, the stylist was completely unfriendly - somewhat rude and totally unwilling to engage in any form of conversation. Second, I had to repeat what I wanted done to my hair several times before it was acknowledged, and it took several 'How's that?' moments before it was finally right. And third, and probably most irritating, their cash register and credit card machinery were functioning poorly -- which they failed to mention beforehand. I left with a bad haircut and a hand-written credit card reciept. Avoid at all costs! Even paying out the nose at the Ulta salon down the strip mall would be better than dealing with T & G.
