T & D Ceramics

I honestly think these negative reviewers are talking about a different place. I am a teacher and have been purchasing all of my ceramics supplies from T & D for the last 15 years. Prices are great, and the availability of what I need is always there. Both owners are amazing people who are knowledgeable and very friendly. They are well connected to the community as well. I have never had a bad experience. more

I was there this week, and I walked into to hear a man yell ""I think its time for you to go home"".I thought to myself is he talking to me? So, I turned around and left. Are they going out of business? Their are not many ceramic studios were, else can I go? more

I read some reviews and had to see for myself. I was greeted by 2 very nice people. They both help me out and did lots of detail on the newer ceramics and how it differs fron the 1970/1980. They were very helpful as telling me about different paints and how to's. If they were anymore helpful they would of painted and finished my project. I saw no cobwebs and they had lots of greenware and bisque. She knew I was just there to purchase suplies to go else where but that didn't matter. more

T&D Ceramics has a large selection of greenware and the staff was so helpful. I was looking for a few specific items and although they had a large selection there were a couple things I could not find. I described what I was looking for and the woman behind the counter grabbed a few pictures of the items and I pick them up next week. She also gave me some helpful hints on firing temperatures. I've been to stores in the past that are unorganized and unwilling to help you with anything that was not purchased in their store, that is definately not the case at T&D. If you are looking to get into ceramics or already love the craft, I highly recommend this shop. Pros: Parking, service, variety more

great location is the only good thing - some pieces look as though they have been there for a long time. Newer items freshly poured. You do not get the welcome feeling when in the store. when asking questions to the women behind the counter you get somewhat of an attitude. would not shop there again. I went to this store expecting to find a hobby to do with my children. Instead I found a store that is totally filthy and has horrible service! I will never go back here again! Save your money and time, and go to AC Moore...you'll leave with money in your pocket and a smile on your face. Ceramics are a thing of the past, it looks that way when you enter this store. Great selection and excellent constomer service makes this ceramic shop the best in the area. I observed this not just in my case, but with other customers. Located on Broadway between Harlem and Bailey, it is easy to find and has day and evening hours. Pros: customer service more

This ceramic store is the best in the area. They have the latest greenware. The owners are very knowledgable about the products they sell. You also get your order when it is promised. Friendly staff, great selection and great idea. They offer many samples, and not just dry brused items. Also a very clean ceramic store. more

If your looking for polite service, and tentative and honest answers to questions pertaining to anything on this craft, then I would have to suggest to avoid this store all together. The woman who owns this store is very rude, and very sarcastic! The items in this store are way over priced as well ! I have since went to another ceramic store and had wonderful service. It is a bit out of the way from where I live but I make it a Staurday drive with the girls and its wonderful fun and well worth the drive. Charlotte's Web is the sores name.
