Absolutely the worse customer service. Just called twice, waited for 20 minutes each time to talk to a technician until I was up to the #1 position just to have them automatically force me to voice mail. I have had their rotten service for over a year (obviously a glutton for punishment) and have complained numerous times regarding this practice (forcing me to voice mail) and they pretended not to even know what I am talking about. If you have any other option for internet service then go there not to Total Highspeed Internet!
