I disagree with the review before this one. Really I think that the person is a competitor and would only like to make things harder for Synergy. One case doesnt mean that the entire company should be cinsidered useless. There are many companies that have communication gaps because of one reason, or another. Take IME companies for instance. They have to make sure that their doctors write the best reports possible or they will never get used again. One case shouldnt make it so the client gives up on them. Communication is a two way street. Adjusters are being picker about how things are done and I dont blame them. However, they too have to be responsible for the work that they do on the file and if they goof up, admit it. Case management is needed and Synergy does provide the kind of service that all of us need. I will continue to use them as they have been awesome to me as I have been to them. more

My company does not do business with them any more. They put off paying, and getting straight answer, even on a phone is like pulling teeth. They treat you like gold, until you ask them to uphold their contract. more
