I am not a motivated person when it comes to working out, but this Gym and its staff members have motivated me to show up three times a week. They have a unique and flexible work out plan that is individualized for each person. The first half of your work out you focus on a total body workout with weights, resistance bands, exercise ball, etc. and the second half is cardio. Matt and his crew utilize all forms of exercise (from pilates to Kickboxing) to create a workout you enjoy and benefit from. Its clean, easy location, never crowed (only three people per time slot), and extremely reasonably priced. You will ALWAYS have one on one attention from your trainer, and they are all excellent. If you hate going to big crowded intimidating gyms, then this place is for you.
