Sent my daughter to get box braids for her first day of school and instead she received straight to the back braids that I was charged $60 for. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend this place. Her excuse was that she was confused by the text message and that she needs an assistant. She was rude while we were still in the shop as I had an appointment to get my hair taken down. She said "oh well" to the fact that my daughter received the wrong her style. They were very friendly and professional, I was very satisfied of the job they did. The price was very reasonable too. My co workers liked my hair and they went to have their hairs braided too. more
