Sylvan Learning Center can be better 6/29/2009

I have heard from a parent who used the program that they charge a lot and deliver very little. Sadly the child flunked in the exam after paying the center about 5 grand. I guess you might argue that the child has just as much responsibility but I feel the parents should have been informed where the child stands and how much work needs to be done. more
