This office is overpriced. I don't mind paying as long as I get what I paid for, but that wasn't the case here. I had a problem with my glasses as well as getting charged a contac...

Poor, Poor service 1/23/2012

This office is overpriced. I don't mind paying as long as I get what I paid for, but that wasn't the case here. I had a problem with my glasses as well as getting charged a contacts fee that I was never charged at my previous Dr.'s office (whom I returned to after this experience). I was promised a call back from the manager- that did not happen, I had to call them and she wasn't very helpful anyway, so, back to my tried and true Dr.'s office I go! more

Rip OFF 1/28/2009

Watch out for the hidden fees they will charge you that your insurance company doesn't cover. I went in for an eye exam to receive new contacts. They had me try a pair and then come back to "see how I liked them", this is just a ploy to get more money from your insurance company. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years and have never been called back for this reason. Then when I ordered the contacts I was quoted 3 different prices for them. Of course I ended up paying the highest price quoted. 3 months after my appt. I was billed for something I had already paid for as well as a "fitting fee" for my contacts. I told them I did not authorize this charge and was not going to pay, the manager told me I authorized it when I decided to walk through the door. No wonder they have such a nice big building! They are paying for it with your money!! more

Too impersonal 11/15/2008

Took an elderly friend to her appointment. Wasn't real pleased with the reception or the assistants. The doctor was okay, he didn't have the best bedside manner, felt more like a cattle call than a doctor's visit. They don't offer eyeglasses only check ups. There is an eyeglass store next to them but I didn't care for them either. more
