Here is what you get at Sylmar Place Apartments. At 1320 Sylmar St. Fresno,Ca. A management company that is owned by a slumlord-Plywood on the apt windows-glass missing from apt windows-Black mold in between the walls-The ghetto look. Black people roaming the complex day and night-Section 8 trash[most ether drug dealers or use drugs] all the exterior lights broke out[since the blacks like it dark] Your car or apt broke into. Nice place! Come all! more
