CONS-
You can hear your down stairs neighbors shut the door, flush, use the garbage
disposal and more! Our bed room electric sockets held nothing and they even sparked! With in 3months of being here our bed room doors came COMPLETELY OFF! They do NOT nail the doors to the post instead they glue them(I have pics)! Doors are made out of pulp wood and are cracking every where! The closet doors have been repainted so much that the paint is peeling. Yes, your new room mate will be MOLD, BLACK MOLD. In the toilets and bath tubs. The walls have greyish spots on them. They did not even give us a parking pass when we first moved in & we got towed!!! Yes, that is the management writing those reviews. Noticed the pattern Bad-Good! Every good review is written the same way. The little closet in the hall if full of black mold from the air pump. The complex is loud. It doesn't matter if you live in the front or the back, you will be able to hear the music so feel the rhythm. When maintenance is hammering it will ECHO through your apartment(windows closed) and sound like they are in your house! The bath room mirrors have black spots on them. Parking is packed if you get home pass 6:30pm. They do not have very many covered parking spots either. I would only live here if I would want to get a first rate experience to see how it would feel to live in a crappy motel. If you dont want to do that LUXURY apartments are across the street. This place is way to expensive for the cheap fixtures they use in the apartments! I will never ever rent again.
