My job requires me to deal with different companies from all lines of work. Never have I been treated so rudely than by the owner of SWS Communications. I called to inform someone that we would no longer need a quote on a particular product. I could not remember the name of the person I spoke to and I explained that to the gentleman who answered the phone. He pop off a rude remark and abruptly hung up the phone. I called back and the same guy answered. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the owner! I told him I felt he was rude and I did not appreciate being hung up on. He said ""Lady, you need to get a life!"" Needless to say, I plan to tell family, friends and business associates how rudely I was treated by this company. The owner needs to take a refresher course in customer service 101. You do not treat people this way...especially a potential customer that could have brought in a lot of business!
