It doesn't get any better than Swonk's. Their flowers and plants are gorgeous, their arrangements are superb, and their service is beyond excellant!! Jeanette patiently arranged and rearranged plants in a basket until I decided which plants I really wanted. She did the same with the coordination of the color of the bow and signature butterfly that accompanies each arrangement. She was understanding, and helpful throughout the process. When I called and talked with Jim on the delivery day to change the delivery time (to almost immediate), he was cheerful and accomplished the task even though I know it was a busy day for the shop! Beautiful flowers had been added to the plant arrangement and the recipent was awestruck! Thank you Swonk's for another job well done! more

I am from Austin Texas, and needed an arrangement sent to my Auntie's funeral in Battle Creek Mi. I did not know who to get, so with my research of the entire florists in the town, and looking at all reviews in what they had to offer, including compared pricing, I chose Swonk's Flower Shop above them all. With the years of service they have been in business, I thought they must be doing something right. I am so glad I chose them; they went out of their way to make my Aunties arrangement absolutely beautiful. Although, I was not able to attend the family event, my family called me and asked where I got that arrangement. It was breath taking. They said it was the prettiest and largest arrangement there. I did not pay a whole lot for it, it was very reasonable for all the work and flowers that was presented on a stand. Swonk's Flower Shop has been serving our family's floral needs for many years. They have helped us celebrate, mourn, send get well wishes and speak with love through beautiful arrangements, plants, balloons, and on occasion - all three! Beautiful and Tasteful Arrangements. Swonks prepared the flowers for my husbands funeral service and the arrangements were outstanding. Jeanette listened to what we wanted, and gave us even more. The displays were simply beautiful, and the Spray was tasteful and perfect. I took the largest arrangement home after the service and it stayed fresh and beautiful for just under 2 weeks. So refreshing to have good service. We just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. Swonk's did the flowers for the wedding. I wanted a bouquet of 40 red roses delivered after hours to my wife during a dinner party and Jim delivered them to her at 7 pm. I'll never go to another florist with that kind of personal service.
