I have used Swoboda for more than 2 years. Their customer service is terrific, often scheduling me at 7am. When I have seen a problem that isn't taken care of w/their normal quarterly service, they return immediately, no charge and ""sweep"" the attic, change chemicals, whatever is necessary. I highly recommend them. more

When you discuss these with the company owner, he requests that you NEVER contact him again. Now I understand why they advertise so much - they cant keep a customer base! more
