tight like all the people from Switzerland 12/26/2018

I was a guest at the hotel for 4 nights. Upon departing, as I was waiting for my car to arrive, I took two mints from the lobby desk. The person behind that desk, a swiss person said to me" if you want to take all the candy, I can't replace it, we don't have more". Seriously. Two mint candies for 2 guests is too much for the swiss hotel to give.Everything is way too expensive. Breakfast $40 dollars. more

Upscale Hotel 1/13/2006

If you are visiting Chicago and can afford to stay here it's definitely worth it! Its got a great view of downtown Chicago and the amenities are wonderful! They have great room service staff and restaurant staff. The restaurant in the hotel is awesome. One thing that sucks is their valet service, it takes a little while to get your car and its expensive but other than that it makes a great experience in Chicago! more
