I have been a gold member with them for around 4 years now. Most recently when I called it was a Sunday evening and my heat was not working, so it would have been classified as an emergency call. I am a gold member, so I called the customer service person who put a call out to the on call technician. He called me back within about 10 minutes to find out about the situation, and told me he was finishing another call and would be here within 45 minutes. He ended up coming in around 35 minutes, and immediately found out what the problem was. He had to do some work on the heating unit in the basement, and did some double checking on the thermostat upstairs and got everything back up and running.
