Swinson Electric

The electrician from Swinson Electric, arrived when he said he was going to. He was friendly, efficient and very good-looking. He got right to work and figured out what was wrong and fixed it. It's hard to find a company that comes out when they say they're going to, and lives up to what they claim, this company does just that! They're great. I'd definitely use them again in the future. more

Swinson Electric responded to my request very quickly. I explained the problem and the time I would be available for the work to be done. An electrician was out in 2 days, arriving at the designated time. He was polite, friendly and certainly knew how to fix the electrical problem. When he completed the job, he offered to check my fuse box and label each area in my home covered by each group of fuses. My home is quite old, so the fuse box no longer had these labels. Wonderful! The price was very reasonable for the entire job. I would most definitely call on them again for any electrical assistance I might need,and I would certainly recommend them to everyone! more

Very Professional and reasonably priced -- great people to work with from the front office to the service team! The service was first-rate and on-time. I thought the final project was terrific, but the technician kept making minor adjustments until he was completely satisfied. It's rare to see this high-standard, committment and attention to detail, especially in smaller projects such as the ones we had done. He also suggested some additional minor electrical fixes that were not expensive but well-worth doing that I had not thought could be done without a lot of effort and cost. I had had electrical work done previously by another company and was not happy with the work, so I decided to try someone else. My experience with Swinson Electric was diametrically opposite my experience with the previous company. They replaced a couple of breakers in my breaker box because I had some that were tripping. They also ran a new line for me to our new heating system which the heating contractor probably should have done, but at least I know now that it was done correctly. It has been such a pleasant experience with Swinson Electric. Kathy, who fields the phone calls, is so professional and personable. It's nice to talk to someone who knows who you are and treats you like a friend as well as a customer. Kathy said that she likes to send back the same technicians so that they can develop a relationship with the customer. I think this is a good idea. Andy, the service guy, has come both times and he's really good, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. We have not had any problems with the work they've done, but they do say that they will make it right if it's not done correctly the first time. Their pricing is very fair, too. We have had a great experience with them. more

I've used Swinson for as long as I can remember. They have fair prices and the work is done the right way, the first time! The staff has always arrived in a timely fashion and they have been very professional. We had 2 rooms that flooded due to a roof gone bad. Quite nervous about how much damage there was, a friend recommended I call Swinson Electric. Best call I made! They were able to handle the entire project, even replacing unexpected termite infested walls and upgraded a window for me. The best part was they stayed within my budget. I have been using Swinson Electric for 10 or more years, and I am very pleased. I have a guest house, and they rewired that. In the big house they have put in ceiling fans, an oven fan, and rewired a couple of lamps. They have done many different types of work for me. Of course, they did not do this all at once. The quality of their work is excellent. I have had no problems with anything they have done. They are very honest and very clean. They are clean in their appearance and in their working space. They don't leave a mess. I would highly recommend them. more
