Our battery was dead so I called AAA and Jason was sent to assist us. I explained we had purchased a new battery a few months previous, through AAA, and the car had been working intermittently since then. He discovered that the connector to the terminal had corrosion on it and ended up replacing the terminal as the battery acid had eaten through part of it. He then jumped the car and suggested we drive for awhile on the freeway to get a good charge going. Three hours later, at a restaurant, after driving it for quite some time, it wouldn't start. We attempted to jump it with our other vehicle but had no luck. I called AAA again and Jason came to our rescue AGAIN!!! He performed a diagnostic check on it and discovered the battery was defective. He assured us it was under warranty and would be replaced but they would need to order it, which would take a couple of days. He apologized, on behalf of Swim's, that this happened and was so gracious. He jumped our car again and we drove it home. Today (two days later) they have the battery and we're setting up a time for them to come out and fix the car. Addtionally, Jason voided the second call with AAA, so it wouldn't count against our four AAA emergencies per year, since it wasn't completely fixed the first time. We look forward to doing business with SWIM'S again and are thrilled to hear they do other mechanical work so we can use them in the future. I couldn't give someone a higher recommendation.
