Sarcastic Customer Service Operator 3/24/2012

Troy the technician who came out to actually service my pool was very nice and friendly (professional. However, the operator on the phone (Kathy) who took my $460 payment was very quick, rude, and sarcastic. She sounded like she had issue from the moment she heard my voice. I don't want to stop businees because of her, so if I could do my business without interacting with her I would rate this comapnay with at least 4 1/2 stars. more

Our service area is Southern Dallas County and Northern Ellis County including: DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Oak Cliff, Grand Prairie- south of I20, Lancaster, Red Oak, Midlothian, Ovilla, Pecan Hill, Oak Leaf, Waxahachie, Ferris, and Ennis. We offer free in store water analysis, on-site 30 minute pool educations for new pool owners within our service area, and repair estimates.
