Swim Like A Fish Llc

I have gone there on and off for the last 10 years! Every time I go back I end up leaving promising myself I will never go back! This is it I am completely done! I wish there were more options for getting your kids private lessons. They are more concerned with their bottom line then a satisfied customer. I only wish I had enough room to tell you every story of when they have screwed me. But just today they messed up the schedule they gave me and didn't even listen to me when I was giving them PROOF! that they were in the wrong. They wouldn't work with me at all and I'm out the $50 for my two kids lessons. There are very few companies that I am willing to take the time to write a bad review for but these guys have earned it! There are lots of negative reviews about them and they should not be overlooked. more

We have been very happy with our swim lessons at Swim Like a Fish! The pool is nice and warm so my 3 year old is always ready to jump in. She has learned to swim in three months. I highly recommend doing a couple private lessons too, that is when she really started swimming on her own. I like the small class numbers too. more

akgal probly works there. So I'm posting this 1 star review to balance out the ratings, hope noone minds (besides akgal of course and anyone else that works at this place) People that review their own business for better ratings are dishonest and guarantee bad business. I would never go here based on the already posted reviews. more

Not very happy. Pretty bad second experience. First session, told to wait in a room and wait for an instructor, second time showed-up early and waited patiently in the same room. Our time was ticking away (losing our 30 minuten swim time). I walked to the front to see what was going on and the man was on the phone. Went back to the kids and waited, to the front again and man still on the phone. Lost about 10 minutes of our swim time and no one helped us! Pretty aggravating :o(. After our four sessions are up, I'm not taking my two kids back and not recommending this swim school to anyone! more
