The locksmith made the unpleasant experience of getting locked out of my apartment perfectly pleasant. I was exasperated that I couldn't get a hold of my (off-site) landlord on a saturday afternoon, and after I watched my lock get picked and prodded I was granted re-entry, only to find the broken piece of my key on my apartment floor. Word to the wise - don't use broken keys!! When all was said and done the price was very reasonable, and I would definitely call Swift Lockout & Key Services again! more

I'm embarrassed to admit that my wife and I have had to use Swift Lockout services twice now to get into our condo after being locked out (good news - our place is very secure!). Eric has been quick to respond both times despite both occurrences being at odd hours. He has quickly resolved the issues, and for an affordable price It's never fun having to contact the locksmith, but if you do have to, Swift Lockout & Key Service is it! more

This is the best locksmith company I have found so far and being in the real estate/property management business I have used many. They are absolutely professional and friendly and best of all reasonably priced. My husband and I used them to re-key a condo we recently purchased. The first locksmith we called out from another company was overcharging, but Swift Lockout Key Services were affordable. These guys are great! Highly recommend them! more

I had been putting off getting four locks rekeyed for months (years, actually). I finally picked up the phone and was immediately greeted. I explained the job parameters and we scheduled an appointment a few days out. Once the technician showed up, he expeditiously rekeyed the lock cores, handing me the previously cut new keys. He was professional, upbeat, and explained to me what he was doing, and we chatted little about Swift Lockout & Key Services. I have managed property for 20 years now & sell residential real estate in the City, so I understand the power of image when interacting with the public. Many vendors show up late, drunk or on drugs (no kidding), or smelling like an ashtray, not someone you want to call upon when in a pickle. My experience with Swift Lockout & Key Services was just the opposite, they will be receiving my business from here on out! Oh, and they're reasonably priced too! more

Swift Lockout & Key services did a great job and came out to our house within 30 mins of my call. That's the kind of service you really like, if you have reason to change your locks! The person who answered the phone was incredibly polite and sympathetic to our circumstances. The price was pretty affordable and I highly recommend this locksmith! more

We just recently moved and decided to have the locks changed in our house. The previous owner was a contract firm fixing up the place so we wanted to make sure that there are not any keys roaming around out there. I called this morning and they were able to change the locks today at the end of the day so I only had to leave work an hour early. They did an amazing job! He assessed all the deadlocks and made suggestions but never forced any decisions. It was great. I highly recommend Swift Lockout & Key Services more
