Simply put, they did not deliver the business cards I ordered 21 days ago, that were supposed to take 7-10 days.
Day 11: I was given substitute cards because my cards weren't ready.
Day 17: I was told the cards arrived but were printed on the wrong paper.
Day 21: The manager calls to tell me that I didn't come to look at the wrong cards. He said ""Maybe you'll like them."" I say I want the cards I paid for. He says since I'm unreasonable he's refunding my money.
During these 21 days, I've called at least 6 times and personally visited 3 times to check on my late order. I run my own business. Not only do I not have time to chase down someone for business cards, if I operated my business this way, I would be out of business.
Unfortunately, I now have to start the whole process over again.
My advice: Spend the money and go to a real print shop.
Pros: cheap... but you get what you pay for
Cons: rude management, never delivered the final product
