Sweetwater Heights

I am a former tenant who relocated to Rock Springs and had no options of other housing since there were not a lot of rentals at the time I moved here. I have never had an experience quite like this one (and I hope to never again). Maintenance spends more time revving and playing on their motorcycles all hours of the night and day. If they only spent the same amount of time working as they did playing, they could change the outside overflowing trash cans, pick up the massive amounts of dog crap, keep up on the grounds, shovel windblown snow piles, clean the complexes, etc. All of the upfront fees are extremely high (a lot of them are non-refundable) and keep in mind you have to give two months notice to vacate before your lease is up. (Most places require only 30 days notice.) The washers and dryers available on the basement floor are most likely original (most didn't work) and are inadequate forcing tenants to take their laundry off site to laundry mats. Ever since new management (AMC LLC) took over a year ago this place has run down. They do nothing to maintain the property's appearance. There is no effort made to pick up the trash that is all over the property, or the dog FECES that covers most of the common courtyard area. The entrances to buildings consist of broken doors and litter strewn about the landscaping rocks and over grown weeds. \r \r This place honestly sucks, and it was not like this until AMC started managing it. more
