Fantastic tasting but..... 3/2/2010

Everything I have ever eaten from Sweetheart has been out of this world. But if you're looking for great customer service, you're out of luck. There hasn't been one person I've dealt with that was even moderately polite, most are downright rude. Fortunately for them, the taste outweighs the bad attitudes! more

Nothing compares to the taste, texture and the great customer service they have to offer.From Detroit to Novi no matter where I move Sweetheart Bakery will always be worth the travel. Great Wedding Cakes 11/7/2005

I purchased my wedding cake from the Sweetheart Bakery and I was very pleased. They had many different styles to chose from but I already knew what I wanted. I brought in a picture of the cake I wanted and it was a perfect match. They also matched the color to the swatch of material I brought in from the bridesmaid dresses. The delivery and set-up went very well. I was very pleased. more

Good Pricing and Good Service 10/10/2005

I have ordered a few different things from here and I have always had great service. I really appreciate that! The cakes have always been real yummy. The pricing is pretty inexpensive too, for what I am used to paying for. If I am ever getting something from that side of town, I always give them a call to take care of my order. more

Great for wedding cake! 8/15/2005

We used this vendor for our 2004 wedding. I really shopped around for cake prices and they were by far the best. When we tasted their cake it was delicious...so it was a no brainer! I had found a picture of what I wanted and they were able to replicate it. Delivery was on time, overall service was great. They also offer a plethera of baked goods for sale at any time to walk in and purchase. more
