Worst

Terrible property. Lied to about rental . Failed to tell us the house had no heat and bad plumbing. Demand cash up front then your forgot about HUD is currently investigating.1

Attentive and very prompt. 6/13/2011

I have rented for Sweet Properties for over 7 years. They have been fully attentive to maintenance issues in a timely manner. The rent is competitive with the area and I know I am being treated fairly by this company. more

Always very responsive; the best! 6/10/2011

I have only been a renter for a few years, but Sweet Properties is the best company that I have encountered so far. I have watched my friends and family struggle with other companies regarding maintenance, getting replies from the staff, and being treated respectfully. I have never had these issues. My time with Sweet Properties has been a good experience and I am not looking foreword to my recent move out of the area because I do not know if I will be able to find a place like Sweet Properties in my new location. I wish I could take them with me. more

I have only been a renter for a few years, but Sweet Properties is the best company that I have encountered so far.
