Slow service. Took 30 minutes to make a 14"" thin crust pizza with tomato, onion and mushroom. The crust was burnt; the cheese was melted but not browned or well cooked. We'd heard that the deep dish took 40 minutes to prepare. When we saw 4 tables of people, none of whom were eating pizza yet, we went with thin crust. This pizza is not even close to anything served in Chicago, where I grew up. The pizza taste was bland at best. Couldn't taste any seasoning or spices. The sauce was like sauce from a can. The crust was a glorified soft cracker. We went with an OpenTable reservation and they had no idea what open table was or how to process the reservation. They need a lot of work to become acceptable.
