Great store 9/29/2008

When I am in Sayville I smell of chocolate lures me in! I always try to stop in to check out their newest goodies... I my baking mixes there (I luv Barefoot Contessa) and hot sauce for my husband. I also like their tea selection and I agree with the other reviewer that the staff is always so sweet! more

Best Store in Sayville 9/28/2008

I shop at the Sweet Gourmet weekly and find their product to be fresh and constantly updated. They have something for your sweet (or savory) tooth and usually have hard-to-find ingredients for recipes I'm making. They have a very knowledgeable staff (not min wage teenagers) and would recommend it to all. more

Great for Gifts! 9/25/2007

I shop at the Sweet Gourmet frequently. I am a big gift giver. This store has a bunch of goodies to give. (or to treat yourself). I always go there when I have to get a gift for "the person who has everything". Who wouldn't like to get a gift of Gourmet. Not to mention the staff is very helpful in guiding you to create the perfect gift for your special someone. more

Awesome customer service! 3/31/2006

The staff in The Sweet Gourmet is wonderful. They treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy regardless of how much you’re spending. I once bought only a lollipop for my son, and got the same care and attention as the person ahead of me, who dropped several hundred dollars on gourmet goodies! A great place to stop the next time you’re in Sayville. more

Some tasty items 10/27/2005

Sweet Gourmet has a lot of different candies and treats. They carry Godiva and in the summertime they sell ice cream. It's a nice place to go if you need a housewarming or hostess gift. Honestly, the only thing I have ever purchased was some ice cream last summer. I probably wouldn't buy much in their for myself, but they do have a nice variety of goodies. more
