I read about Sweet Collective in the Reader a few months ago and FINALLY made it up there- and let me tell you, it is worth the trip! I spoke with one of the owners (the chocolate girl) and she was very excited to tell me all about the different products and answer all of my questions. She didn't even blink an eye when I basically asked to try almost every single ice cream flavor- they're all really good. The chocolates were all beautiful and there is a collection of chocolates named after Chicago neighborhoods. My favorites were the Devon Street (it has leopard print!) and the Taylor Street which tastes just like a cannoli! Thy have a ton of cakes on display which are so amazing I wish I was getting married! I couldn't resist trying one of the mini creme brulees and it was like heaven in my mouth. I was there on a Saturday and there was plenty of parking out front. Go there today!
Pros: Awesome service, plenty of parking, really great sweets!
Cons: It's pretty small
