My experience with Jill Elliot was that she merely matches the basic criteria that you have asked for such as kids, divorced,never married, location etc. It might as well be done with a computer because she does not take looks into account or anything else for that matter. She didn't even know me when she ran into me. The best part is that she strongly encourages you to leave all of the intimate details about your date on her answering machine so that she doesn't get tied up on the phone with you, which was not acceptable.She can also get very snippy and assertive when challenged.
