Wonderful! I have done both boot camp and personal training with SWAT. My experience was excellent. The staff was professional and helpful, and my trainer provided me with professional training that challenged me and helped me lose over 20 pounds. The personal training worked really well, because I seem lack the ability to motivate myself or ""do my own thing"" effectively. Once I had a basic fitness level, and had some confidence in my ability to do things properly, I was ready for boot camp. It was a positive, encouraging experience where I met lots of great people and learned a LOT, even after months of training. The secret for me was in not expecting to get private personal training in a group setting. If you want individual attention, I strongly recommend the one on one personal training.
