I can't tell you how relieved I am to have found a competent, personable and friendly dentist!!!! He is a true professional and treats his patients with nothing but respect. He explains what he needs to do step, by step without just pushing forward. He doesn't ""sell"" anything... just provides you with the dental care you need. He's a true health care professional.... something that's rare to find these days.\r \r THANK YOU, Dr. Swaroop and staff..... No Rating.... Does not deserve a star. Office was hot, he was annoying and made me feel uncomfortable, Xray tech sucked and was a pain... did not know what they were doing. Wanted to overcharge my insurance company for work that was not even done. I advise to steer clear, does not deserve a Mercedes payment!!! Citysearch states that i had to rate... before i published... I dont agree. more

After several years of bouncing from dentist to dentist, I can truly say that I've finally found MY dentist! He's awesome! I want to thank Dr. Swaroop and his entire staff for the excellent service I received as a new patient. I had skipped a routine cleaning appointment and I subsequently developed a problem with a tooth. Not only did his staff work me in quickly, but my visit was so pleasant. I did not experience a long delay in the waiting room but was in and out of the office in much less time than I expected. Dr. Swaroop examined my tooth and explained the cause of my pain and the necessary treatment. I appreciate so much the excellent service I received and highly recommend this office. I recently left my great dentist of 10 years because of a change in dental insurance. I tried Swaroop based only on his nice website...Looks are deceiving...After my x-rays, they refused to clean my teeth (as covered by insurance) unless I signed up for ""full mouth debridement and irrigation""...My mouth and teeth are perfect, but their high pressure sales techniques (3 different people) made it sound like my teeth would fall out and I'd be dead by sundown if I didn't let them perform this $270.00 procedure...I called my insurance and they told me my out of pocket for this procedure should have been only $15.00 and that the irrigation is ""never"" necessary and for this reason, not covered. Swaroop refused to clean my teeth under the terms approved by DeltaCare. I filed a complaint with the Insurance company and will never show my face(mouth) there again! I have been looking for a great dentist for a few months as I know I have to have some work done and this dentist is the one for me. The office is clean and the staff are warm and very organized. The dentist took his time to explain exactly what needed to be done and showed me with a camera. Also, he didnt try to sell me extra treatment. After my initial consultation , his receptionist explained all my insurance clearly. This is the office for me....I know , I have seen many... I am so glad I have found this dentist..not only does he take my HMO, but I love his office and staff. I have of office hopped for the last few months trying to get away from a clinic type of dental office. This doctor knows what he is doing...I have never seen my teeth on a tv with such detail. His billing person,who apparently is new..knows everything about my insurance/billing and wasn't trying to sell me..like several other clinics I have been to in the area...I am bringing my whole family to him...finally..a great dentist..thank you , Dr. Swaroop Pros: HE TAKES MY HMO...THANK GOD more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. His secretary stole my identity, as well as the identity of several other patients, and used my information to set up a credit account to bill me for procedures that I never had done. Also, the dentist is trying to double bill me for the work I actually had done and will not respond to my calls. more
