Swanson's Motel

Such a nice motel! Management is very responsive and friendly, easy to contact. Seems to be under new management. Room was clean and neat, if somewhat small, but very nice. Easy to find and centrally located. A quiet place to stay. Enjoyed my night. more

I had no option but to stay at the Swanson Motel, Because I could not afford any other place in town. This place is not a place I would recommend to anyone! The service is horrible, and the staff are not very friendly. The rooms are small, Dark, and NASTY DIRTY.. I would not recommend walking in the room with white socks, that you don't want to have to throw away, because they will be black within 10 min. The rooms stink. Lord willing ya need more towels, or toilet paper they bitch Literally about having to give you any. This hotel seems to be a hotel for drug dealers, and drunks, and it would not surprise me if there was prostitution going on in the place. The owners of the Swanson also own the Spinning Wheel Motel also that I would not recommend either, it is the same as this motel, and there has been drug busts there. more
