I was in your Swansea store this morning, specifically because it was the first Tuesday of the month and senior citizens and the military are suppose to get an extra 10% discount off their purchase. When I checked out, I was only given a 5% discount. I was told my item didn't qualify for the 10% discount. (I was told twice before that whatever you purchased, there would be a 10% discount). When I questioned the young ladies at the register about this, they hatefully showed me a paper and said my items didn't qualify. Their attitude was uncalled for. They weren't very nice and I didn't appreciate it. Sorry, but that is how I feel. If items don't qualify for the discount, please post it so the consumer can ""see"" it and be able to read it!! No small print please!! (I am sure I wasn't the only one today that was surprised by this.) Frankly, there are enough unkind people in this world. I don't need to come into Rural King and find them there! I really doubt I will be back to the Swansea store. Thank you for your time. (Sorry I had to write this, but I thought you should know) more
